An international health services organization affiliated with Johns Hopkins University, Jhpiego is devoted to improving access to healthcare for women and their families throughout the developing world.  TWG was retained to assist Jhpiego with the installation of a campaignstyle major gift program focused on developing private, charitable support for value-added programming, service delivery innovations and endowment. TWG created a master plan for the individual major gifts that focused on strengthening the role of Jhpiego’s advisory board and optimizing the yield of all of Jhpiego’s programs to attract individual gifts—annual giving, major giving, and event programs. The plan also defined a series of capacity building measuresrelated to staffing, information management, prospect identification and gift targeting, and social media that were needed to realize the full potential of Jhpiego’s new major gift program.
