Over a period of 15 years, TWG served as a strategic advisor and campaign consultant to the renowned Norton Museum of Art located in West Palm Beach, Florida. TWG designed and supported three major campaigns for the museum, which engaged hundreds of board members, staff members, and volunteers. In addition to designing and executing an ongoing major gift program, TWG helped the museum install an active planned giving program as well as a proactive program to attract major gifts of art. Over the course of these 15 years, the museum’s footprint nearly tripled in size, its endowment grew to nearly five times its original size (from $12 to $90 million), and its annual giving program grew from a half million to $5.5 million annually. As a result of a visionary approach to growth, the Norton Museum of Art has established a reputation as one of the leading and most dynamic regional art museums in the country.
