With the overall goal of creating significant new resources to underwrite a nonprofit’s vision for the future, TWG’s campaign services support the preparation for, and execution of, capital and comprehensive campaigns. This bedrock service, refined over years of practical application, is designed to attract major new funding for facility and endowment needs and to dramatically expand operating revenues. Through this service we also identify fundraising capacity needs that are essential for long-term growth. Campaign services are provided in two steps:
- Campaign Feasibility & Readiness Studies
Determine the feasibility of a major fundraising campaign, and the internal readiness and capability of a nonprofit to support the campaign.
- Campaign Counsel
Campaign planning and design, and ongoing strategic advice and counsel designed to enable our clients to execute and internally manage the campaign.
